You can modify any stock plan to suit your lot, and the package goes to your chosen contractor or to you as an owner-builder. For buyers who want a blank-page custom design, we can do that too.
Home packages include the blueprint (working drawings), structural components, exterior finishing materials, and interior finishing materials to primed drywall, all of which are quantity-checked. The package does not include the lot, site preparation, foundation work, mechanical systems, flooring, fixtures and labour. These are quoted separately.
All aspects of a stock plan can be modified, including layouts, room counts, rooflines, window placements, garages, exterior finishes, and interior finishes. We can even do complete custom plans.
